Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, and JCB.

Shipping And Handling

Orders are dispatched by First Class Recorded Delivery via the Post Office or APC Overnight Couriers. Your parcel will need to be signed for, so if no one is at the delivery address a calling card will be left so you can collect it yourself from the depot or arrange re-delivery to suit you .In the event that a dispatched order is not received by the customer and cannot be traced Homes Direct 365 will replace the goods at no extra cost.

Delivery Time For Items That ARE In Stock :

Delivery time will be approximately 3 - 21 days for items in are stock.

Delivery Time For Items That ARE NOT In Stock :

Delivery time will be approximately 4 - 8 weeks for items that are not in stock.

You should allow 7 days from order date for delivery before sending a query. If your item is not available within 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait the short time until we can fulfil your order. We will keep you informed.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Prices will include VAT at 17.5%.

All payments on this website are taken on a secure server by Actinic. After passing the invoice page in the checkout section of the website you will be transferred to a secure Actinic page. Once there you will enter your debit card details into the Actinic payment form. You will see the secure padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser which indicates you are paying on a secure server.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and return it to us within 7 days of delivery with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must be unmarked and undamaged.

Please note that most of our items are 'Antique Reproductions' and are destressed causing sometimes imperfections in items as the originals .Also colours may vary slightly to pictures.

We suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. Homes Direct 365 will refund postage on faulty items. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items.
