We take pride in making sure our customers are at their happiest from every stage of interaction with us, from placing an order to after sales support. This isn't a gimmick but something we truly strive to achieve. This section will hopefully demonstrate we always aim to stand by that:-

 

   Custom-finished to exact description - The wardrobes have now arrived (a couple of weeks ago) and have been built with no issues, problems or damage.

Wardrobes are beautifully finished and I am very happy. They look so much better in natural wood than in a painted finish – you should definitely try marketing a natural finish to these items. If you want a photo to advertise the wardrobes, then let me know and I will send one through.

Overall I have found the experience of shopping with 365 very straight forward and easy. I was frustrated by the delay taken to build these, but I also know this is due to them being hand-built and shipped from the other side of the world (not a criticism of your company, more so my impatience and need for instant gratification).

   I ordered items 23rd January 2012 and received me goods 24th January at 8am. Delivery men were very friendly and polite. The furniture is of a very high standard and very easy to assemble. I will certainly recommend to my family and friends and will certainly use this company again. People on telephone are efficient and very good at their job. Just brilliant.

  I searched several other sites that sold the same table, but each one had such high delivery charges for the South-West that I had almost given up. Last site was Homes Direct. Table was a little more expensive, but resnoble delivery charge made it affordable at last. Was delivered sooner than I expected, but very two nice chaps.

Table was NOT flat pack - what a wonderful surprise - proper furniture. Just wish I had space to fit in more of the same range!

  We have been looking for a three mirrored dressing table mirror. We wanted something elegant and uncluttered The only one we liked was over £200 so we went to Homes Direct through Amazon. They had the perfect mirror and at less than half the price of others. The ordering was simplicity itself and delivery perfect - it was here at 9am on the due date. All the people at Homes Direct were quick to answer the phone and the last word in helpfulness.

A lovely product from an excellent firm.

The main mirror does not tilt, but as it is slightly higher than most, it does not matter.

  Excellent service - ordered and received within 1 week!!!

I ordered the silver antique french dressing table pretty late (Fri 16th Dec) and was not expecting to receive it before Christmas as i wasn't sure id it was an item that was instock. So on the Mon I called and I think I spoke to Claire, who was very helpful, and told me it was in stock and asked me if I would like it before Christmas. So she offered me the 23rd and said the driver would contact me on the day, which he did about 15mins before arriving which I thought was excellent as although I made sure I would be home that day, I did have to pop in & out with the dog! I would also like to mention the delivery driver who very cheerful and helpful!

Overall I got my order in 1 week, FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

 For anyone reading this review if you have worries about buying from this company, then don't as they are superb.

Granted, you do wait far longer than expected for your goods as the process that Homes Direct go through is quite extensive and as the furniture is made thousands of miles away and has to be shipped to the UK and then go through all the hassles of our ports and then through customs,you will have quite a wait.We ordered on Sept 1st and were told to expect our goods about mid Oct but finally got them in December so we waited three months but do not let that put you off as Homes Direct kept us informed all the way and were very apologetic and explained why things were delayed,so expect to wait longer for your goods but the wait is more than worth it as the furniture is first class and much more than we expected,which is a nice change these days.You will not be disappointed at all.The quality is amazing,and i'm a carpenter by trade,so i know and it astounded me just how good it is.We have been looking for this style of bedroom furniture for a few years and saved really hard and are so pleased we bought from Homes Direct and not any other company.All their staff are so pleasant and helpful,even down to their delivery drivers,who are so well mannered and helpful and are a credit to their company.

Finally, all the reviews you will read about Homes Direct are mainly the length of time you wait for your goods,but if you want value for money,amazing quality and first class support then look no further and buy with 100% confidence.There are no other companies that come close to Homes Direct.

 I purchased a Dressing Table and Stool from La Rochelle range and it was everything I wanted. I was worried at first using this website as it was an online only site but they were brilliant, my dressing table was slightly damaged on delivery but the customer service for homes direct soon put me at ease and sent me out another one as quickly as possible. It was worth the wait as delivery can take few weeks because everything is hand carved.

I am delighted with my dressing table as I have been after one for years I have 2 small children and that was my treat to myself it is stunning to look at the mirror is beautiful I am so glad I got the larger size plenty of room to get ready and pamper myself. I would definitely get more furniture from the range as Iove it so much and the team were really helpful when ever I called up.

 This is not the first time I have used Homes Direct 365 and nor will it be the last! Even though the delivery can be a bit late sometimes, the staff are always friendly and really helpful and the goods are always top quality! If there is one thing Homes Direct could brush up on it would be their delivery dates...Even tho, in most cases it's the fault of the supplier it's their duty to keep suppliers on their toes! Other than that, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Once I had ensured that delivery would be on my arrival from a very long holiday delivery was on the agreed date and I made all these arrangements online from Australia. So well done. Good price too. My only moan might be that I was sent several emails re delivery after I had spoken to someone about my being unable to accept delivery.  It is always difficult trying to furnish a home with new furniture and more so when attempting to do so with pieces you have not seen "in the flesh". However looking through Homes Direct 365 website there is a vast range of choice at reasonable prices. All the measusrement details are there and the colour of the images are nearly 100% accurate.

The staff at Homes Direct 365 are very helpful and friendly and did give me a helping hand with my delivery after knowing I had waited several months for my delivery. Apparently their supplier had diffulties with production.

I am very pleased with my two tables and intend to order some more. I have no hesitation in recommending Homes Direct 365 to any possible customers.

To sum it up nice and quick: The build quality is superb, friendly service, delivery was on the date/time stated.  I recently bought a new bed online for the first time.I did have initial worries about service and delivery when using an internet store but having now receiving my bed I am happy to say these concerns were not the case.After trawling dozens of furniture websites I found the perfect bed from the site "homesdirect365.co.uk" My bed was delivered on time,it looks even better than in the picture and looks absolutely stunning in my bedroom.I would definitely say my experience has been a good one.I will definitely be buying from them again and would certainly recommend them to others,so I hope this helps put anyones fears at rest.

 I have used homesdirect365 on 2 occasions and have loved the bedroom furniture I have got from them. 

My first Purchase was for the La rochelle collection, when I recieved the item i was over the moon. I ordered the full bedroom collection and it was delieved in 2 seperate deliverys due to stock issues but I have the whole lot within 5 weeks of ordering and was kept upto date with my order.

My Second purchase was for the Victorian bedroom collection and again I was more than happy with my purchase, the whole collection was delieved 2 weeks after ordering.

The office and delievery staff were very friendly and helpful on both occasions. :)

Would use again.

 Ordered French La Rochelle furniture which was a few weeks late in arriving and one item was damaged. However on reporting the damage a replacement arrived the following week which was perfect. The quality of this furniture is outstanding I have never seen anything like it, it looks amazing in my 15 year old daughters bedroom she is delighted. Overall this company provides good quality, excellent aftersales service.
