Please note that we have over 5,000 products on our website and could not possibly hold all of these in stock ,therefore please call first if you need to know wether or not the item is in stock if this is something that is needed urgently.

Homes Direct 365 Delivery Time For Items That ARE In Stock:

Delivery time will be approximately 3 - 21 days for items that are in stock.Once the item is ready to be dispatched we will contact you to arrange a convenient day as a signiture is always required.

Delivery Time For Items That ARE NOT In Stock:

Delivery time will be approximately 4 - 16 weeks for items that are not in stock.Once the item is ready to be dispatched we will contact you to arrange a convenient day as a signiture is always required.

You should allow 7 days from order date for delivery before sending a query. If your item is not available within 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait the short time until we can fulfill your order. We will keep you informed.

We also deliver to Ireland and Europe please add items to the basket for delivery costs.

We offer two types of delivery. The first being by pallet which is a next day service and your items will be delivered to the front of your property only. Saturday delivery is possible with this service at £25 extra charge.

If you require the items to be brought into your home we can also provide this service with our own transport. The timescale for this service is from one week upto four weeks depending on location and is between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Please note that all items will only be delivered to the ground floor of the property.

For large items that require a two man delivery there is a charge of £100.00 if a customer is unable to take delivery on the prearranged delivery date, this is due to time and labour costs. It is a customers responsibility to ensure that the dimensions are checked prior to order to ensure that there is no access issues

All small items will be sent by Interlink .

All damages must be reported within 48hrs of delivery being signed for ,if any of the packaging is damaged the item is to be refused and not to be signed for.

Also if the item has been painted to a specific colour of your choice then their will also be a 20% restocking fee .
