Making A Purchase

At Homes Direct 365 we're passionate that everyone should have access to high quality furniture. We're here to make your life easier; our website helps you to quickly find what you're looking for.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, and JCB.

Shipping And Handling

We provide a first class home delivery service with the majority of our customers receiving their order within 2 - 21 days of the goods arriving into stock; we also have a good selection of furniture which is already in stock available for immediate delivery.

For large items that require a two man delivery there is a charge of £100.00 if a customer is unable to take delivery on the prearranged delivery date, this is due to time and labour costs. It is a customers responsibility to ensure that the dimensions are checked prior to order to ensure that there is no access issues.

Delivery times for Homes Direct 365 transport are between 7am and 9pm, the drivers will contact the customer 1 hour prior to delivery. 

 

Delivery Schedule

Homes Direct 365 Delivery Time For Items That ARE In Stock:

Delivery time will be approximately 3 - 21 days for items in are stock.

Delivery Time For Items That ARE NOT In Stock:

Delivery time will be approximately 4 - 16 weeks for items that are not in stock.

You should allow 7 days from order date for delivery before sending a query. If your item is not available within 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait the short time until we can fulfil your order. We will keep you informed.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Prices will include VAT at 17.5%.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and return it to us within 7 days of delivery with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must be unmarked and undamaged.

All damages must be reported within 48hrs of delivery being signed for ,if any of the packaging is damaged the item is to be refused and not to be signed for. Photographic evidence of damaged items is required.

Please note that most of our items are 'Antique Reproductions' and are distressed causing sometimes imperfections in items as the originals. Also colours may vary slightly to pictures.

Also if the item has been painted to a specific colour of your choice then their will also be a 20% restocking fee.

We suggest you use a postage service that is trakable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. Homes Direct 365 will refund postage on faulty items. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items.
