Making A Purchase
At Homes Direct 365 we're passionate that everyone should have access to high quality furniture. We're here to make your life easier; our website helps you to quickly find what you're looking for.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to complete the order.
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, and JCB.
Please note that we have over 7,000 products on our website and could not possibly hold all of these in stock. Therefore please call first if you need to know whether or not items are in stock if this is something that is needed urgently.
Shipping And Handling
We provide a first class home delivery service with the majority of our customers receiving their order within 3 - 21 working days of the goods arriving into stock. We also have a great selection of furniture which is already in stock available for immediate delivery.
For large items such as wardrobes that require a two man delivery there will be a charge of £100.00 if a customer is unable to take delivery on the agreed pre-arranged delivery date. This is due to time and labour costs.
Please also note customers shall be re-charged for a second delivery if they are not home on the agreed pre-arranged delivery day.
It is a customers responsibility to ensure that the dimensions are checked prior to order to ensure that there is no access issues. When we are assembling large items such as wardrobes etc. in your home we cannot be held responsible for household damages that may occur. We ask that you provide appropriate protection to any surfaces you wish to protect, and provide ample room for assembly.
Delivery times for Homes Direct 365 transport are between 8am and 8pm, and the drivers will contact you on a telephone number of your choosing 1 hour prior to delivery.
Homes Direct 365 Delivery Time For Items That ARE In Stock:
- Delivery time will be approximately 3 - 21 working days for items in stock.
- For items that are in stock we can offer a next day delivery service but conditions apply, please call the office to arrange this service.
Delivery Time For Items That ARE NOT In Stock:
- Delivery time will be approximately 4 - 16 weeks for items that are not in stock.
You should allow 7 days from the order date for delivery before sending a query. If your item is not available within 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait the short time until we can fulfil your order. We will always keep you informed.
In the event that your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Prices will include VAT at 20%.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption, and information protected using Dynamic SSL technology. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

All your personal information is treated as confidential and is held securely. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties.

Within the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations all deliveries should be inspected at your earliest opportunity and any returns for any reason reported to us within 7 days of receipt to ensure we are able to deal with your enquiry.
To assist us with processing your return we would request if possible that you provide photos of the damage. Items which are not faulty can only be returned if notified within the 7 days as per the Distance Selling Regulations.
When returning an unwanted item, you will be responsible for costs involved to return. We suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage, with a courier service that will let us inspect the goods before accepting them into our warehouse.
When receiving any damaged items you must report it to ourselves within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a collection for the damaged items. Homes Direct 365 will refund postage on faulty items. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items.
Please be aware that a lot of our items are 'antique reproductions' and with that there may come certain imperfections or fading. These are deliberate effects of the style. Please also be wary that colours may vary slightly to the pictures shown on our website.
All our beds require standard UK mattresses, and all sizes are based on UK standard sizing.
Please note if you wish to cancel an order placed with us, we will require you to telephone personally on 01642 455589. This is for verification and security purposes.
When requesting our bespoke service from us, if the item is cancelled you shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee from the total payment you have made.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Recycle your old electricals with us!
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste, and sending it to landfill can cause lead and other toxins too leak out and cause soil and water contamination, harming wildlife and human health.
Fortunately, many electrical items can now be repaired or recycled. That’s why we’re offering free recycling on a like-for-like basis – so when you buy a new item from us, we will make sure your old model is taken care of.
For example, if you as a customer purchase a new lamp from us you can return an old lamp back to us. You have 28 days in which to return the old item. As we are an online based retailer only with no shop to drop it off, the customer is responsible for any postage costs incurred sending it to us.
If you’re not sure whether your electrical item can be recycled, have a look for the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol (pictured above) on the packaging, or on the item itself. If the symbol appears on the replacement item, this is also an indication that the old model should be recycled.
